Supporting our Customers: Adaptations Coordinator at Kingdom Group

Our Asset Strategy Team works together to provide a high quality adaptation service for both Kingdom and private customers on behalf of the Kingdom Group.

To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for an Adaptations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to oversee a variety of adaptation projects, providing direct support with complex cases.  Supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

The Role

As an Adaptations Coordinator  you’ll:

• Work with the Planned Investment Team to monitor Adaptations KPI’s.
• Support adaptations clients through all stages of adaptation from initial contact to completion of the work. 
• Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place for relevant projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knowledge of Building Standards.
• Experience of managing people and projects.
• Has an understanding of relevant procurement legislation.

Maintaining our communities: Community Works Operative at Kingdom Group

To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Community Works Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain the communities our customers live in, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

The Role

As a Community Works Operative, you’ll:

• Work as part of the Grounds Maintenance team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
• Collect and dispose of litter and debris from designated areas in line with waste disposal regulations.
• Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a semi-skilled manual labour role
• Has an understanding of Health and Safety legislation
• Has an understanding of the safe use of relevant products and equipment required for the role

Maintaining our homes: Skilled Labourer at Kingdom Group

To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Skilled Labourer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

The Role

As a Skilled Labourer, you’ll:

• Carry out ceramic tiling replacements and repairs.
• Carry out clearance of properties, gardens, communal bin stores and general common areas.
• Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Experience in a labouring role
• Experience of general builders work such as slabbing, brickwork, roughcasting and roofing
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
