The Role
As a Joiner, you will:
● Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptionalcustomer service and experience.● Respond to any customer queries whilst on site, in line withKingdom’s customer core standards.● Carry out all required joinery maintenance and repair work in ourproperties, offices and any other buildings.● Carry out multi skilled work such as basic plumbing and plasterworks.● Ensure the appropriate PPE is used at all times● Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements● Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, includingrecording of jobs and materials.● Place basic stock orders where required.● Participate in the emergency on call rota.
You will provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You
● 4-year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6)● Previous experience in a Joiner role● The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic plumbing work● Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations● Strong customer service skills● Basic digital skills● Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
